Your doggo must meet the following requirements to join our pack.

Step 1: Read Over Requirements

Before joining Paws Play Doggy Daycare, carefully review our requirements. This may include vaccination records, socialization, and any specific policies we have in place. Ensure that your dog meets all necessary criteria.

 

Step 2: Set Up a Profile in the Customer Portal

Click “start here” to set up a profile in the customer portal. This profile likely includes essential information about you and your dog, such as contact details, emergency contacts, and your dog's medical and behavioral history.

 

Step 3: Request a New Client Consultation

Initiate the process by requesting a new client consultation. This is usually a phone appointment where you can discuss your needs, ask questions, and provide additional information about your dog. During this consultation, you may also learn more about the services we offer.

 

Step 4: Trial Day

After the consultation, We will schedule a trial day for your dog. Specify which services you are interested in (e.g., daycare, boarding, Adventure hikes), as the trial day may vary based on the service. This trial day allows staff to assess your dog's behavior and compatibility with the pack or service.

 

Step 5: Post-Trial Day

Once the trial day is successfully completed, you should be informed about your dog's experience and whether they are a good fit for the daycare. If everything goes well, you will likely be given the green light to book services for your dog.

 

Step 6: Book Services

After a successful trial day, you can start booking the specific services you're interested in. This may include regular daycare, extended stays, bath appointments, and more. All Appointments can be booked via the customer portal.

 

Additional Tips:

Ask Questions: Don't hesitate to ask any questions during the consultation or trial day. Clarify any doubts you may have about the services, policies, or your dog's experience.

 

Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all information provided, especially about your dog's health and behavior, is accurate. This helps staff to better care for your pet.

 

Follow-Up: Stay in communication with the daycare staff. If you have any concerns or updates about your dog, share them promptly.
